One Day Comprehensive Training Overview
This safety training is designed for experienced workers in the infrastructure and resource sectors who must perform work at heights safely. Training Details and Highlights
The working at heights training duration is 8 hours, completed in 1 day in the classroom and on the tower and platform. Students will learn about harnesses, fall factors, how to access and install equipment, equipment care, maintenance, and safe procedures for working at elevated heights. You will learn about type 1, 2, and 3 devices - twin tailing and using pole straps correctly and safely. You'd be hard-pressed to fall asleep in this course – it's lots of hands-on!
Upon successful completion, students will receive statement of attainment recognised nationally certification (RIIWHS204E).
